Thrive’s reports have been updated! We’ve added several features that we hope will make your end-of-year reporting much easier.

View a specific date range

Do you create a report for stakeholders at the end of every month? Or, maybe, you share analytics with your team every two weeks. Now, you can view your reports on your own schedule! Create custom date ranges for your reports. In the light blue bar on Reports page, click Custom. Then, select the date range that’s right for you.

Export your raw data

Click on “Export as CSV” to download the raw data from your social media accounts. We have five different spreadsheets available to export. With your raw data, you can organize, sort, slice and/or manipulate the numbers to your heart’s content.

At midnight every night, Thrive pulls your stats from Twitter, bit.ly, Flickr and Facebook. The CSV files show a daily breakdown of your numbers across of variety of metrics. The columns in your exported spreadsheets directly correlate to metrics that are shown on your graphs inside of Thrive.

Sometimes these can be a little confusing, so let us break it down.

Replies (Facebook, Flickr and Twitter)

Messages written in direct reply to one of your organization's previous posts. For Twitter, they often have the @username at the beginning of the message.  For Facebook, they are comments on one of your previous Facebook posts.

Mentions (Twitter only)

Original messages from other users in which they simply acknowledge you by name. They are often identified by the @username mid-message.

Relays or Retweets (Twitter only)

Messages from your organization which have been shared verbatim by someone else. They are often identified by the RT @user or via @user syntax.

Messages (Facebook and Twitter)

Twitter direct messages and Facebook fan page posts by other users.
