Thrivin' this Thanksgiving

We have a lot to be thankful for—great clients, a great first year for Thrive, and a host of new releases just in time for Thanksgiving. Check out this screencast for a demo.

Choose your thumbnail and text when you post a link to Facebook. You asked for it, and now it's here! When you post a link to Facebook, Thrive now lets you choose the thumbnail and edit the text describing the link.

Color-coded Calendar. We wanted to make the Calendar better without compromising the simplicity so many of our clients love. We color coded the Calendar so you can easily see whether a message was posted to Facebook, Twitter, or both. Not sure which color is which platform? Not to worry! We also added small icons to make things even easier.

Choose a custom date range in Reports. We know that nonprofits often want to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. The new custom date range feature in Reports lets you look at data and charts from specific periods of time so that you can easily see what worked and what didn't.

Export the data from your Reports. You can now download a CSV file of the data in Thrive's Reports. That means you can analyze your organization's performance on social media to your heart's content.

Engage with people in the Profile Pane. When you click on someone's username in Thrive, a Profile Pane pops up. The Profile Pane has all kinds of goodies—conversations you've had with the person, biographic and demographic details, notes and tags—and now you can @ reply or DM people directly from their Profile Panes while you have all of that info at your fingertips.

Manage keywords. Not sure which conversations you want to follow? You can now easily add and delete keywords, which means you can experiment with different keywords. Go crazy!

Streamlined workflow for composing. Many of our clients told us they wanted to stay on their current page in Thrive after publishing a message, rather than be redirected to the Outbox. We listened. Now when you reply to a message from the Stream, you stay on the Stream. When you schedule a message from the Calendar, you stay on the Calendar. We hope you like the new streamlined workflow.

Happy Thanksgiving!
