The good folks at Get Satisfaction just came up with an awesome infographic about Social CRM. You may recall that we've written on the subject a few times before ourselves. If I may venture a prediction, where 2010 was the year of reporting and analytics in social media, 2011 is going to be the year of real ROI - using social media to demonstrate tangible return on investment. For nonprofits, this will mean an increased focus on using social media to drive growth in membership and donations. That means we'll be shifting our focus away from the numbers game of increasing fans and followers and into a concentrated effort toward turning our existing fans and followers into donors and members.
How are nonprofits going to accomplish this? With social CRM tools. Get Satisfaction made this handy infographic to explain, elegantly, what social CRMs are and how they evolved. Check it out.
