Small Act has released exciting new functionality for Thrive, its premier social media software solution for nonprofit organizations. The enhancements, inspired by feedback from Thrive’s passionate users, empower nonprofits to take greater control of their social media messaging. “I’m very excited about delivering customer-inspired features like these,” said Small Act CEO Casey Golden. “These additions are just the beginning. Look for many more significant improvements in the coming months.”
New functionality added to Thrive includes:
Custom Action Links
With this easy tool, Thrive users can now add a custom action link to every Facebook post. Nonprofits can ask their audiences to “Please Donate,” “Become a Member” or take any other action at the URL of their choosing. This tool quickly and easily engages audiences.
Custom Date Ranges in Reports
Enabling data crunchers to get the exact numbers they need, Thrive users can generate and export reports summarizing their Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and bit.ly activity during any date range. Buttons to quickly generate reports summarizing activity across the last 30, 60 and 90 days remain.
Built to allow automated bit.ly tracking for any URL, this tool also allows Thrive users to choose their preferred headline, text excerpt and thumbnail image for each Facebook post.
