2012 SXSW voting is go! Here are some fun panels to vote for.

SXSW Interactive is THE place to stay on top of industry trends, especially if your work involves web content, social media and/or games. There's tons to learn and so many awesome people to meet. Small Act has submitted two panels for selection this year. If you have a minute, could you vote for them? (Voting requires registration, but it's quick. You don't actually have to register to attend the conference to vote.)

INTERACTIVE TRACK: The hills are alive…with social data
Can social CRM tools save the world? Two nonprofiteers share their experiences, both positive and negative, in adding data from social networks to their existing customer relationship management tools. Learn how social data has brought their online communities to life and changed their engagement strategies from a linear progression model to a multi-dimensional plan. Learn how nonprofits have used social data to get more donations, volunteers, and advocacy actions; segment and hypertarget their lists; find their existing donors and volunteers on social networks; focus their efforts on what works, and more!

FILM TRACK: Build your fanbase and make them promote your film
If your film's marketing budget best resembles a shoestring, how can you hope to acquire the fanbase you need to get your movie into theaters, much less sell tickets? Learn from those who have been there and made miracles happen on a variety of documentary and independent films, including "The Ring," "Life in a Day," and "Restrepo." This session will focus on social media but will also emphasize the need for integrated online and offline strategies. Learn what it takes to truly build not just a fanbase, but a movement behind your film.
